User Agreement

Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of the online gambling services provided by Rkgg (the Operator). By opening an account and using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any amendments published from time to time.

Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings stated: “Account” means your personal account with Rkgg used to place bets and play games; “Services” means the gambling, betting, and related offerings provided through the Website; “Customer Data” means information you provide or that is collected in connection with your use of the Services; “GTC” means these Terms and Conditions; “Excluded Territories” means jurisdictions where access to the Services is restricted or prohibited.

Eligibility and Account Opening

You must satisfy all eligibility requirements before opening and maintaining an Account. These include:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
  • Gambling activities are legal in your place of residence and accessible under applicable law.
  • You are not currently excluded from gambling or placed under any self‑exclusion order by any jurisdiction or operator.
  • You provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date Personal Details, and you consent to the processing of Personal Data for AML and regulatory purposes.
  • You may open a single Account in your name; duplicate Accounts are prohibited and may be closed in the Operator’s discretion.

Account Management and Ownership

Rkgg shall manage Account data and funds in a secure manner. The following applies:

  • Accounts are personal and non‑transferable; you must not share credentials or allow third parties to use your Account.
  • The Operator may decline to open an Account, suspend deposits, or suspend or close an Account at any time and for any reason without notice.
  • Rkgg may verify your identity and other details and may transfer data or liabilities to related entities in accordance with applicable law.
  • Funds held on behalf of the Account Holder are kept in dedicated client accounts with a Financial Institution, separate from Rkgg’s own funds.

Licensing, Services and Compliance

Rkgg offers Type 1 Gaming Services (Casino) and Type 2 Gaming Services (Fixed Odds Betting) under licenses issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). The Operator is required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory codes, and the terms of the licenses governing the Services.

Funds and Payments

All player funds are held in a dedicated client account and do not accrue interest. The Operator may manage such funds in accordance with applicable regulations. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Deposits, withdrawals, and transfers shall be conducted in compliance with internal financial controls and applicable AML rules.
  • Rkgg may suspend processing, request additional verification documents, or refuse to execute a transaction in circumstances including suspected fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms.
  • In the event of breach of these Terms or applicable laws, funds may be forfeited or confiscated as permitted by law and the GTC.
  • Excluded Territories: Access to the Services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. The current list of restricted jurisdictions is published in the Responsible Gaming section and may be updated from time to time.

Promotions and Bonus Rules

Promotions are governed by the specific bonus terms published in the Promotions section. Where a casino bonus is active, a maximum wagering limit applies as described in the bonus terms. Where applicable, the maximum bet per spin on slot games while a casino bonus is active may be limited to 5 EUR (or currency equivalent) or 15% of the total bonus value, whichever is the smaller amount, and bets beyond that limit may trigger bonus forfeiture.

Responsible Gaming

Rkgg promotes responsible gaming. Players may set safeguards within the Account settings to manage their gambling activity, including:

  • Deposit limits within a configurable period;
  • Time-outs for a defined period; and
  • Self-exclusion for a defined period, subject to regulatory minimums.

If a player’s activity indicates risk of harm, Rkgg may take protective actions including account restrictions or closure. Further information is available in the Responsible Gaming section.

Changes to the Terms

Rkgg reserves the right to amend these Terms. Where changes are material or adverse to the user, Rkgg will provide advance notice and seek acceptance of the revised Terms before continued use of the Services. In the interim, existing balances may be retained but new terms shall apply to future activity upon acceptance.

Suspension, Termination, and Investigations

Rkgg may suspend, restrict, or terminate a player's access to the Services at any time where there is reasonable concern of illegal activity, breach of these Terms, or cheating, including the use of automated tools or software to gain an unfair advantage. In such cases, the Operator may confiscate rewards, forfeit winnings, and reverse deposits where permitted by law. The Operator may conduct investigations and require documentation at its discretion.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is licensed (for example, Malta). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection and regulatory schemes.

Miscellaneous

Notices, communications, and updates under these Terms may be provided by electronic means and are deemed delivered when published or transmitted in the customary manner. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
