Rkgg provides online gambling services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer experiences and lottery style gaming. Access to the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must meet applicable age and eligibility requirements and comply with all laws relevant to online gambling.
Licensing and Regulatory Framework

All operations comply with anti money laundering, know your customer and responsible gaming obligations. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions the terms below have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise: Account means the user profile maintained on the platform; Bonus means any promotional funds or free spins granted by Rkgg; Customer means a natural person who holds an Account; Games include all casino, betting and lottery style activities offered on the platform.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register you must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and not be subject to local gambling prohibitions. You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC) to establish an Account. Rkgg may perform AML screening and other checks. You must safeguard your login credentials and promptly notify Support of any suspected compromise. Rkgg may suspend or terminate an Account for verified suspicious activity or failure to meet regulatory or policy requirements.
Payments and Withdrawals
Rkgg supports multiple payment methods selected by the user from time to time. Deposits are typically processed in real time subject to the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours after successful verification, subject to outstanding verification steps and compliance checks. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the cashier section. All payments are subject to anti fraud controls and may incur fees as disclosed in the Payment Policy.
Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering
Bonuses are offered subject to promotion specific Terms and Conditions. Where applicable, wagering requirements, game weighting, cap on winnings, maximum bet limits while a promotion is active and bonus expiry periods apply. Certain jurisdictions may restrict promotions. Bonus funds are segregated from real funds and may be withdrawn only after meeting the specified conditions. Rkgg operates a Loyalty Programme where players earn points for wagering amounts and progress through tiers. Points may be redeemed for bonus funds, free spins or other rewards in accordance with the Loyalty Terms. Cashback or other promotional benefits may be offered subject to the Loyalty Terms and player level.
Mobile App and Platform Access
Rkgg provides mobile access through native apps for Android and iOS as well as a fully functional mobile web platform. The apps support real money play and a demo mode. Installation instructions are provided on the platform; Android users may need to enable installation from unknown sources, while iOS users download via the official store when available. All platforms maintain parity of game catalog and account functionality subject to device constraints. Push notifications may inform you of promotions and important account events.
Privacy, Cookies and Data Security

Account Safety and Dispute Resolution
Users must not share accounts and must maintain device and network security. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact Support for resolution. If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the compliance team or the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with the Governing Law clause below.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Rkgg operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform will be resolved by the courts having competent jurisdiction or through binding arbitration as specified in the Terms. You may contact us via designated compliance and support channels to lodge a formal complaint.
Fees, Refunds and Chargebacks
Where applicable, processing fees for specific payment methods are disclosed in the cashier policies. Refunds and chargebacks are governed by the payment provider terms and the platform refund policy; requests must be submitted within the timeframes set out in those policies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where permitted by law and with due verification.
Changes to Terms and Termination
Rkgg reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Rkgg may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud or illegal activity. Upon termination, eligible funds in an Account may be withdrawn subject to verification and processing times.
Affiliates and Marketing Compliance
Rkgg operates an Affiliate Programme subject to applicable law. Partners must not engage in misleading or unlawful promotional activities. We may terminate affiliate relationships for non compliance or unsafe marketing practices.
