Responsible Gaming Policy
Introduction
Rkgg is committed to responsible gaming and undertakes to minimize potential harm associated with gambling. This policy governs all customer interactions with Rkgg products and services and applies to all accounts and activities conducted on the Rkgg platform. The policy is designed to enable safe participation, promote informed decision‑making, and provide practical tools to manage risk.
Core principles
- Player safety: all measures aim to protect players from harm, including protection of minors and vulnerable persons.
- Game integrity and privacy: we safeguard personal data and ensure fair, non‑coercive gameplay with independent oversight as appropriate.
- Prevention and intervention: we promote responsible engagement, provide clear information, and offer timely support to mitigate problem gambling.
Scope and responsibilities
This policy applies to all customers and staff of Rkgg. The Company is responsible for implementing and enforcing the tools described herein and for ensuring that any staff or contractors acting on its behalf comply with this policy.
Limits and self‑regulation tools
Rkgg provides practical mechanisms to help customers control their activity and expenditure. Customers may request within their account or via Customer Support the following limits and controls:
- Time limits: maximum allowable time per day, week, or month for accessing the player interface. Time limits are set to aid in maintaining balanced participation.
- Deposit limits: maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts into the customer account.
- Spending limits: maximum daily, weekly, or monthly amounts spent through the customer account.
Limit changes follow a defined activation rule:
- Decreases in the specified amount and timeframe take effect immediately upon request.
- Increases in the specified amount or timeframe require a seven (7) calendar day cooling‑off period before becoming effective.
Time‑out and self‑exclusion
Rkgg offers two structured avenues for taking a break from gambling: Time‑out and Self‑Exclusion. Both options are designed to be clear, enforceable, and protective.
- Time‑out: a temporary interruption of access to all gambling services. Time‑out periods are available for defined intervals, and during the period, the customer cannot place deposits or bets. Time‑out becomes effective immediately upon request and ends on the specified date, after which the account may be reactivated automatically unless further action is taken.
- Self‑Exclusion (definite and permanent): a formal withdrawal from participation in all gambling activities on the platform. Options include a definite period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 1 year) or an indefinite/ permanent exclusion. Self‑exclusion is initiated by the customer via the Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting Customer Support. The customer will not be able to deposit or place bets during exclusion.
Reactivation and revocation: A self‑exclusion can be revoked only through a formal written or electronic request. A seven (7) calendar day cooling‑off period applies before reactivation or revocation becomes effective. Rkgg retains the right to deny reactivation where there is evidence that problem gambling persists or risk remains elevated. Promotional offers will be blocked during any self‑exclusion period.
Support and external assistance
For customers seeking assistance with potential gambling problems, Rkgg provides information and support pathways. In addition, customers may engage independent organizations that provide counseling and support services. Recognized organizations may include independent bodies operating in relevant jurisdictions. Rkgg does not guarantee affiliation with external entities, and customers should seek professional advice where appropriate.
- Gambling counseling and support organizations may provide assessment, counseling, and treatment options.
- Customers are encouraged to contact these services if gambling is causing distress, financial difficulty, or affecting wellbeing.
Age, minors, and verification
Participation in Rkgg gambling activities is strictly limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. The Company conducts age verification as part of account creation. Winnings earned by individuals under the minimum age are void and may be cancelled in accordance with applicable law. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to involve underage participation.
Parental controls and access restrictions
To reduce the risk of underage access, customers and guardians may implement controls on devices used to access the platform. The Company recommends the use of standard parental control tools where appropriate. While not a substitute for age verification, these measures may assist in limiting access to gambling services by minors.
Data protection and privacy
Rkgg undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data collected for responsibly gaming purposes will be processed only for the purposes stated and disclosed in the Privacy Policy. Records of limits and self‑exclusion events shall be maintained in a manner consistent with lawful retention and security standards.
Marketing and communications
Marketing communications directed at users must be truthful, non‑predatory, and aligned with the customer’s stated preferences and limitations. During any self‑exclusion period, customers shall not receive promotional material.
Monitoring, compliance, and updates
The Company monitors compliance with this policy and conducts periodic reviews to ensure effectiveness. Updates to this policy may be issued to reflect regulatory changes, product developments, or evolving best practices in responsible gaming. Customers will be notified of material changes as required by law and policy.
