Betting Rules
General Provisions
The following Betting Rules govern all bets placed on the Rkgg platform. The operator may interpret, amend, or supplement these Rules and related market terms to preserve fair play and the integrity of wagering. By placing a bet, the customer agrees to these Rules and any market-specific terms that apply.
Bet Acceptance and Validity
Rkgg reserves the right to refuse any bet or to cancel part or all of a bet after acceptance without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the customer’s stake is refunded. After acceptance, the operator may void or cancel a bet for valid reasons including:
- palpable error in the wording of the event, the odds, or the starting time;
- attempts to bypass operator limits or risk controls by placing multiple identical or related bets or opening multiple accounts;
- customer reliance on public or confidential information that determines the outcome;
- correlated or improper bets;
- active participation by a person connected to the event (player, official, etc.);
- technical or data errors affecting odds or events; or
- any other valid reason promptly communicated to the customer on request.
Settlement Principles
Bet outcomes are settled when the official result is determined by the relevant governing body or official source. If a long‑term or short‑term outright is decided by an official announcement after the event, bets placed after the announcement are void. If a match is not completed and decided by an official source, bets placed after the official announcement are settled accordingly. If the announcement is made more than 48 hours after the event’s end and undecided bets have been treated as undecided, settlement will stand as determined. Player specials markets are excluded from these 48‑hour provisions. If a market is not determined by the end of normal duration, it is settled at the end of normal duration unless the market description states otherwise. If a market includes overtime, settlements occur after overtime concludes; penalties are not considered unless explicitly stated in the market terms.
Event Cancellations, Postponements, and Abandonments
If an event has not started or is postponed, bets may remain open only if the kickoff occurs within 48 hours of the listed start time. If kickoff occurs after 48 hours or the event is not resumed within that window, bets may be voided. If a postponed event resumes within 48 hours, bets remain valid and will be settled on the resumed result. Abandoned events settled on the determined pitch result; any undecided markets are void unless the market terms specify otherwise. In multi‑leg events, only markets related to postponed legs may be voided; outright markets remain active pending final results. Exceptions apply for certain sports where subsequent procedures are defined in the market description.
In‑Play, VAR and Official Decisions
Where a decision by Video Assistant Referee (VAR) conflicts with the on‑pitch decision, bets placed from the moment of the original incident up to the final official decision may be void, unless the specific bet offer’s odds were not affected by the VAR decision or were already accounted for at the time of bet acceptance. Settlement of unrelated bets not affected by the VAR decision will stand. The operator may reverse settlements if a final decision changes previously settled outcomes and the reversal is communicated before the match concludes.
Odds Display, Rounding and Settlement Timelines
Rkgg truncates displayed odds to two decimal places for user convenience. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit, and total winnings are rounded to two decimals. The maximum interval between bet settlement and any re‑settlement is 30 days.
Supported Formats and Market Scope
Prematch and live bets on eligible matches may use formats including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. If a match length falls outside a typical 50–90 minute window, all markets for that match are void. For 3x30 format, halftime duration is calculated as total match duration divided by two. Rkgg does not assume responsibility for unanticipated format changes; clients acknowledge and accept the format risk when placing bets.
Outright Markets and Play‑or‑Pay
Outright markets (short‑term and long‑term) are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay rule. Bets on participants in an Outright market stand even if the listed participant is unable to compete, and are settled as losses where applicable. Head‑to‑head (H2H) markets are excluded from this treatment; if a listed participant does not take part, H2H markets involving that participant are void. If a participant is replaced by another member of the same team, team markets (H2H and classification) remain valid; markets based on that individual’s performance are void.
Scoring Markets and Player‑Specific Bets
Scorer markets apply to regular time unless market terms specify otherwise. Own goals are counted or ignored as determined by official results; if a player never participates, bets void. First Goalscorer bets are void if the player does not participate or enters after the initial goal, except where an own goal is involved, which is disregarded. Last Goalscorer bets are void if the player never participates. Anytime Goalscorer bets apply to any eligible player in the match; if a player never takes part, bets void. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has been recorded, bets on the first goalscorer remain valid while last scorer bets may be void. When a scorer market is settled, only the designated scorer’s outcome is considered; other scorers’ bets are void as applicable.
Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Cooperation
Disputes regarding bets, settlements, or account activity are addressed by Rkgg’s customer support. Where required by applicable law, the operator may cooperate with regulatory bodies and comply with investigations or enforcement actions. Any settlement adjustments or suspensions will be communicated to the customer in a timely and transparent manner.
